The Future of Coaching: From Research to Artificial Intelligence
The coaching profession and ICF has changed significantly in recent years. The quality and quantity of coaching research has increased considerably, team coaching has gone mainstream, the work is fundamentally accepted within the business community, coaching platforms are now in a consolidation phase, artificial intelligence (AI) coaching has arrived, and more. This discussion will offer an overview of AI coaching capabilities, a view into recent, unpublished ICF research on levels of coaching and how AI coaching fits within those levels.

Learning Objectives:
In this session you will learn:

  • How artificial intelligence coaching complements human-to-human coaching
  • What differentiates levels of coaching from ACC to MCC levels
  • How you can use ICF's research to enhance your coaching
