About our speaker:
Scott is an emerging professional coach from Boulder, Colorado. He is transitioning to coaching following a two-decade career as a real estate broker and brokerage owner. He has spent his career devoted to studying and developing highly effective relationship-based business strategies that prioritize authenticity, curiosity and interpersonal connection over more conventional sales tactics. He has applied these to his own business, and to those of many other agents he has been fortunate to train and mentor, with great success and is excited to share these concepts with his fellow coaches. More than anything, he loves “daddying” and spending time with his ten-year old daughter while he’s still “kinda cool”. In his free time, he recharges by spending time with his family, exploring rivers with a fly rod in hand, challenging himself behind a drum kit, live theater, and cooking for his friends and family.
