Brian Houp, ReZone Coaching
I coach senior level executives to overcome self-imposed barriers as they navigate new, challenging and changing situations. I work with a lot of mid-late career leaders transitioning into executive leadership for the first time. They are currently in (or will soon enter) a role that’s bigger than anything they’ve experienced previously. My 3 phrase approach begins with 360-degree assessments (both online with The Leadership Circle Profile and in the form of interviews). It transitions to a focus on embracing experiments to shift behaviors while continuing to collect feedback along the way. And lastly, we wrap up with a focus on how to succeed without the support of coach near by. I use this specific process as a framework and guide but adapt each engagement to the unique needs of the individual and their situation.
